The awards manual contains the competitive events information, ratings sheets, and topic sheets. Also sometimes referred to as the “competitive events handbook”. These guidelines replace all others and will be in effect beginning with the 2011 FBLA Regional Competitive Events and State Leadership Conference. Use this document in conjunction with the FBLA National Chapter Management Handbook.
