State Fall Leadership Conference
The State Fall Leadership Conference (SFLC) is a one-day event in October. During this conference, members meet other members from New Jersey as well as interact with the new officer team. Workshops include duties of officers and professional development / chapter management. You also learn about the year’s new theme. Up to 6 officers with their adviser from each local chapter may attend.
National Fall Leadership Conference

Regional Competitive Events
Regional Competitive Events is a one day event at each chapter’s school where students can electronically complete a qualifying exam for a competitive subject. This is the first step in the competitive event sequence. The top scorers for these exams will be able to move on to the State Leadership Conference.
State Leadership Conference
Each Spring, our entire state convenes onto one location for the annual State Leadership Conference (SLC), which lasts two days. This conference is jam-packed with workshops, competitions, and networking opportunities. Members have the chance to showcase their talents and hopefully earn a spot to represent our state at the National Leadership Conference.
National Leadership Conference
