Attention New Jersey Future Business Leaders of America!
Welcome to the 2010-2011 FBLA School Year! My name is Anthony Parascondola and I am your State President. Being able to serve in this position is a great honor because I want to be able to show our nearly 8,000 members the many opportunities our organization offers.
This past summer, I had an amazing experience in the Music City of Nashville for the 2010 National Leadership Conference. Being able to unite with 8,000 members across the nation was absolutely remarkable. Each of the seven days I was there I made sure to network with as many people as possible. The friendships created at the conference are endless. One major event that stood out to me was the amount of awards New Jersey took home. We were able to be recognized for over 50 Awards and of course we were the loudest state at the Closing Session!
In this post, everyone can check out our 2010 NLC FBLA Winners List [DOC]. I am confident that we will continue our success at the 2011 National Leadership Conference this June in Orlando, Florida. Between now and that conference, there will many activities and conferences that our state chapter will host. Make sure to check our newly revamped website and I can’t wait to “Create a Legacy” with each and everyone of you!
